Command Purpose
ｌｌｃ２ ｈｏｌｄｑｕｅｕｅ ｐａｃｋｅｔ－ｃｏｕｎｔ
control the maximum local hold packet when the transmittion of I frame is forbidden
because of the remote-busy.
The maximum hold packet of I frame before getting the acknowledge.The m
aximum is
200 packets, minimum is 20 packets, default is 40.
