Local Loopback Port Settings

This window is used to configure the internal loopback test on the specified ports or recover from external loopback

mode.

To view the following window, click L2 Features > Local Loopback Port Settings, as show below:

The fields that can be configured are described below:

Parameter Description

Port List

Enter a port or list of ports. Tick the All check box to apply to all ports.

Loopback Mode

Use the drop-down menu to select the loopback mode.

State

Use the drop-down menu to enable the specified loopback mode.

Unit

Select the unit you want to display.

Click the Apply button to accept the changes made.

To view the following window, the Loopback Mode must be enabled and then disabled for the specified ports as

MAC Internal.

Click the <<Return To Local Loopback Ports Setting Screen to go back to the Local Loopback Port Settings
