TERMINI DI CONSEGNA: 1. spedizione giornaliera per macchine disponibili a magazzino - 2. per macchine da produrre circa 25 giorni salvo imprevisti.
ASSISTENZA TECNICA: a carico del RIVENDITORE per tutta la durata della garanzia di anni uno. Fimar spa si impegna a fornire, in garanzia, tutti i componenti di ricambio ritenuti
difettosi. Il prezzo di vendita fatturato all’utilizzatore nale comprenderà non solo il prezzo dei prodotti niti venduti ma anche la gestione, da parte del rivenditore, della garanzia
a copertura di essi. Fimar spa non dovrà sostenere alcuna spesa diretta o indiretta sostenuta dal rivenditore per la gestione della garanzia.
TRASPORTO FRANCO FABBRICA: la merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente, per cui non siamo responsabili per eventuali danni subiti dalla merce durante il trasporto.
Eventuali contestazioni dovranno essere eettuate all’atto della consegna entro i termini di legge.
GARANZIA: 12 mesi.
LISTINO: il presente annulla tutti i precedenti. I dati tecnici e immagini riportati nel presente listino sono puramente indicativi. La Ditta si riserva il diritto di modicare le caratte-
ristiche tecniche ed estetiche o sospendere, in ogni momento, la propria produzione senza obbligo di preavviso.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT: Cash payment or on delivery: 1. for rst orders - 2. for orders in excess of granted credit - 3. for shipment of spare parts.
DEFERRED PAYMENTS: to dene.
PRICES are not binding. They can be subjected to changes without prior advise. In anycase they will be dened by the order conrmation. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE VAT
DELIVERY TIME: 1. daily after receipt of orders for machines already available - 2. about 25 working days after receipt of orders for machines to be produced, subject to absence
of unforeseen diculties.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: provided by the DEALER for the entire duration of the GUARANTEE, (1 year). Fimar spa undertakes to provide, under warranty, all replacement parts
considered defective. The sale price invoiced to the end user will include not only the price of the nished products sold, but also the management, by the dealer, of the warranty
that covers them. Fimar spa will not incur any direct or indirect expenses incurred by the dealer for warranty management.
DELIVERY EX WORKS. We are not responsable for any damage the goods can suer during the transport: the goods are carried at the customer’s own risk. Any eventual complaint
must be reported within law terms.
WARRANTY: 12 months.
PRICE LIST: this price-list replaces all previous lists. The technical data and pictures illustrated in this price-list are only approximate. The manufacturer reserves the right to change
technical and visual characteristics and to suspend production at any time without giving prior notice.

ASSISTANCE TECHNIQUE: a la charge du REVENDEUR pour toute la durée de la GARANTIE (Une année). La société Fimar spa s’engage à fournir, en garantie, tous les composants
de rechange considérés défectueux. Le prix de vente facturé à l’utilisateur nal inclura le prix des produits nis vendus mais également la gestion, de la part du revendeur, de la
garantie pour la couverture de ceux-ci. La société Fimar spa ne devra soutenir aucune dépense directe ou indirecte soutenue par le revendeur pour la gestion de la garantie.
TRANSPORT DEPART-USINE. La marchandise voyage a risques et périls du client. La maison n’est pas responsable des éventuels damages subis par la machandise pendant le
transport. Les eventuelles réclamations doivent être communiquées dans les delais de la loi.
GARANTIE: 12 mois.

ZAHLUNGSZIEL: Um zu bestimmen.
PREISE: nicht verbindlich sind und können geändert sein ohne die Picht im Voraus zu benachrichtigen; in diesen Fall werden mit der Auftragbestätigung bestätigt sein.

TECHNISCHER DIENST: Zu lasten des WIEDERVERKÄUFERS während der gesamten Dauer der GARANTIE (1 Jahr). Fimar spa verpichtet sich, während der Garantiezeit, zur Liefe-
rung aller für defekt befundenen Ersatzteile. Der dem Endverbraucher in Rechnung gestellte Verkaufspreis umfasst nicht nur den Preis für die verkauften Endprodukte, sondern
auch die Kosten für die Verwaltung der Garantie durch den Verkäufer. Fimar spa werden keine zusätzlichen direkten oder indirekten Kosten, die dem Verkäufer für die Verwaltung
der Garantie entstehen, in Rechnung gestellt.
TRANSPORT FREI UNSEREM WERK. Die Ware ist auf Gefahr der Auftraggeber transportiert, deshalb sind wir nicht verantwortlich für eventuelle Schaden der Ware während der
Transport zugefügt. Eventuelle Anfechtungen sollen unbedingt nur nach den Gesetz gemacht sein.
GARANTIE: 12 monate.
