Setting the flow
switch
The table below describes how to set the flow switch.
Step Action
1 Connect a differential pressure measuring device to the pressure ports over the pump.
2 Switch on the pump.
3 Measure the static pressure over the pump.
4 Adjust the regulating valve until the static pressure over the pump corresponds with the
set flow (see table static pressure/set flow).
5 Remove the protective screw cap on the front of the flow switch.
6 Adjust the potentiometer so that the red LED turns off and the yellow LED is lit.
7 Reinstall all service panels.
8 Switch on the unit.
