ATTENTION
When
the system fails to boot, the LEDs for STATE (Green), FAULT, and WLAN will all light up
simultaneously and blink at one
-
second intervals. This may be due to improper operation or uncontrollable
issues, such as an unexpected shutdown
while updating the firmware. To recover the firmware, refer to
the
“Firmware Recovery”
section in Appendix B.
If the
SIM LED is blinking after the WDR-3124A is powered on for several minutes, check the following:
PIN code
SIM installation
If the
2G, 3G, and Cellular Signal LEDs are off after the WDR-3124A is powered on for several minutes,
check the following:
APN information
Username and password
Antenna connection
Cellular network coverage is available at the current location
Beeper
The beeper emits two short beeps when the system is ready.
Reset Button
You can reboot the WDR-3124A or reset it to factory default settings by pressing the RESET button with a
pointed object (such as an unfolded paper clip).
System reboot: Hold the RESET button down for less than five seconds and then release.
Reset to factory default: Hold the RESET button down for more than five seconds or until the STATE LED
starts blinking green. Release the button to reset the WDR-3124A (default IP: 192.168.127.253).
