REMOVAL
1. Place the scooter on its central stand and
place an adequate support under the engi-
ne
2. Remove:
• Brake callipers
Consult “FRONT BRAKE REMOVAL” sec-
tion
3. Remove:
• Front wheel
See “FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL SEC-
TION”
4. Remove:
• Mudguard, front fairing
See chapter 3 “FRONT BODYWORK,
MUDGUARD”
5. Loosen:
• Positioning bolt (fork)
6. Remove:
• Restraining ring
• FRONT FORK
DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove:
• Rubber cap
• Restraining ring
• Cap
• Fork spring
2. Drain:
• Fork oil
3. Remove:
• Mudguard
• Retainer
