DISASSEMBLY THE ENGINE

2. Remove:
• Piston pin
• Piston
• Piston pin bearing
ATTENTION:
Do not use a hammer to take out the pis-
ton pin.
KICKSTART SYSTEM
1. Remove:
• Kickstart pedal
• Crankcase cover (left)
2. Remove:
• Guide(air filter)
• Air filter
3. Remove:
• Pedal gear
NOTE:
When the pedal gear removed, move the
pedal axle.
4. Unhook:
• Return spring
5. Remove:
• Circlip
• Flat washer
• Pedal axle
