Client Requirements
Hardware Requirements
CPU: We recommend that the computers used to access the switch should
have at least a Pentium 4 2GHz processor, with a screen resolution set to
1024 x 768.
Memory: At least 512MB (1GB or more recommended)
Ethernet: At least 1 Ethernet adapter – 10Mbps or higher (100Mbps
recommended)
Browsers must support 128-bit SSL encryption.
For the browser-based Java Web Start (JNLP) Viewer, the latest version of
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 8 or OpenJDK 8, with IcedTea-Web
must be installed. To download IcedTea-Web, go to https://azul.com.
At least 205MB of memory must be available for accessing the first
viewer after logging in from the browser, and another 100MB for each
additional viewer that is opened thereafter.
Operating Systems
Supported operating systems for client workstations that connect to the
CC2000 are shown in the table below:
Supported operating systems for users that log into the CC2000 include
Windows 2000 or later, and those capable of running OpenJDK 8 or Java
Runtime Environment (JRE) 8.
Note: The Windows 2000 Client does not support WinClient Viewer.
