Printing documents received in mailboxes
The document can be received only if the mailbox ID and password specified
by the recipient is the same as the mailbox ID and password registered on
this machine.
If a document has been received in a mailbox, " " appears in the main
screen.

Detail
In order to receive documents in mailboxes, the mailboxes must first be
registered. For details, refer to "Registering mailboxes" on page 6-55.
The following procedure describes how to print a document received with
the mailbox reception function.
1 Press the [Function] key.
2 Press the [+] or [,] key until "PRINT MAILBOX RX" is selected, and
then press the [OK] key.
