Detail
Since the result report is printed after the transmission is finished, you
can check whether the fax was sent to all destinations.
To stop the transmission, press the [Clear/Stop] key, and then select
"YES" in the screen that appeared. Performing this operation cancels all
selected destinations.
To cancel a timer transmission, press the [Function] key, and then select
"CANCEL RESERV.". For details, refer to "Canceling (deleting) a queued
transmission" on page 3-35.
Manual redialing
Dialing the last destination where a fax was sent is called "redialing".
1 Position the document to be faxed.
– Refer to "Positioning the document" on page 3-6.
2 If necessary, select the Quality setting.
– For details on selecting the Quality setting, refer to "Selecting the
fax quality" on page 3-10.
3 Press the [Redial/Pause] key.
The fax number of the last
destination where a fax was sent is
displayed.
4 Press the [Start] key.
