Selecting a Quality setting
1 Press the [Fax] key.
The machine enters Fax mode, and the Fax mode screen appears.
2 Position the document to be faxed.
3 Press the [Quality] key.
4 Press the [+] or [,] key until the desired Quality setting is selected, and
then press the [OK] key.

Detail
Depending on the recipient’s fax machine, it may not be possible to send
faxes using the "S-FINE/TEXT" or "S-FINE/PHOTO" setting. In this case,
the fax is sent with the "FINE/TEXT" or "FINE/PHOTO" setting.
If the "PHOTO" or "S-FINE/PHOTO" setting is selected, the fax may have
a decreased image quality, depending on the quality of the recipient’s fax
machine or on whether the document size is larger than the paper loaded
in the recipient’s fax machine.
