3.6 If the fax cannot be sent

While faxing, if the recipient’s fax machine is busy or does not answer or if,

for any other reason, such as due to a transmission error, the fax is not sent

correctly, this machine automatically redials the fax number. The document

to be sent is treated as a queued fax waiting for redialing until the fax number

is redialed.

If the redialing or fax transmission could not be completed correctly, a

transmission result report is printed.
