Input Channels - Screen Explanations
-15.0dB to +15.0dB in 0.1dB steps
To adjust the relative gain of the input channel, turn the rotary encoder to
achieve the desired gain.
Adjustable in ms, m, ft and fps
The delay on each input channel can be adjusted individually, in
approximately 11 microsecond steps. Turning the rotary encoder will set the
amount of delay applied to the selected input.
This delay is typically used to set the delay for delay towers etc. or, to stagger
the delays between the left and right channels to ‘move’ sound lobes in an
installation.
Delays can be viewed and adjusted in metres('m') (default), feet/inches ('ft'),
frames per second ('fps') or milliseconds ('ms') by choosing the appropriate
setting in the 'Delay Units' Utilities option.
Note: The maximum delay value is restricted by any amount of delay applied
to an output which the current input feeds. There is a maximum total delay
time of 2625ms that can be assigned between both input and output channels.
"Bypass" or "On"
This screen enables all the Eqs currently in use to be switched out of the signal
path when "Bypass" is selected. This is useful to check eq adjustments against
the original uneqed source.
