6.3 How to Set Up an IPv6-in-IPv4 Tunnel
This example shows how to configure your ZyWALL/USG to create IPv6-in-IPv4 Tunnel. In this
example, the ZyWALL/USG acts as IPv6-in-IPv4 routers which connect the IPv4 Internet and an
individual IPv6 network. This configuration example only shows the settings on ZyWALL/USG_Z.
You can use similar settings to configure ZyWALL/USG_Y.

Note: All network IP addresses and subnet masks are used as examples in this article.
Please replace them with your actual network IP addresses and subnet masks. This
example was tested using USG310 (Firmware Version: ZLD 4.13).
6.3.1 Set Up the LAN IPv6 Interface on the ZyWALL/USG
In the ZyWALL/USG, go to CONFIGURATION > Network > Interface > Ethernet > lan1.
Select Enable Interface and Enable IPv6. Type 2002:7a64:dcee:1::111/128 in the IPv6
Address/Prefix Length field for the LAN1’s IP address.
