2. Position mixed originals FACE UP, aligned with the left rear side of
the document feeder tray.
Place two-sided originals with page one FACE UP.
Up to 100 originals can be set at a time.
• Be sure not to use unsuitable RADF originals. See p. 12-10 for details.
• Do not set more than 100 originals or over the limit indicated on the paper
guides; otherwise a paper misfeed will occur to cause damage to the
originals.
Before placing originals in the tray, be sure the document feeder is closed
fully. Once closed, do not open the document feeder, otherwise the selected
copy conditions may be altered automatically.
