This kind of installation represents a solution to connect
a reverse cycle heat pump to several low-temperature
heating systems (floor heating, fan coils, radiant rings
featuring low temperature deviation, etc.).
Its peculiar self-adapting regulation technology – that is
a standard part of the equipment’s electronic manage-
ment system – allows an autonomous and automatic
functioning of the installation.
The various networks are to be regulated separately.
The additional electric resistance to increase thermal
power (installed on the BESST/R version) guarantees
equipment functionality also under estreme conditions.
The resistance is controlled in a fully automatic way,
through the reading and integrated processing of both
the external air and treated water temperatures.
This device also allows to set the equipment’s heat-
ing capacity output without referring to the external
air lowest temperature (BESST guarantees good
operating conditions down to a -15°C outside
temperature), thereby offering remarkable seasonal
energy saving.
