4. User’s Choice
Counter Removal
Determines whether to initialize the copier ("Panel Reset") or not ("Panel Not
Reset") when the Plug-In Counter is pulled out after a copy cycle has been run
using the Plug-In Counter.
The initial setting is "Panel Reset."
Intelligent Sort
Specifies whether to enable ("YES") or disable ("NO") the function that
automatically switches between the Sort and Non-Sort Mode under either of the
following conditions when the copier is equipped with a Sorter or Staple Sorter
and a Duplexing/Automatic Document Feeder.
<Condition>
•
The copy cycle is initiated using a single original in the Sort Mode.
•
The copy cycle is initiated to make two or more copies using two or more
originals in the Non-Sort Mode.
The initial setting is "YES."
Energy Saver
Selects whether to set ("YES") the copier into the Energy Saving Mode after a
given time after a copy cycle has been completed or a Key operated, or not
("NO").
The time it takes the copier to enter the Energy Saving Mode can also be set
from 1 to 10 minutes. For this setting, use the Multi-Copy Keys.
The initial setting is "NO."
