When a malfunction occurs in the copier, the Call-Technical-Representative
Indicator lights up and the warning message as shown above appears on the
Message Display showing the corresponding malfunction code. At the same
time, the Start Key turns orange and you cannot start any new copy cycle. When
this happens, try to clear the Call-Technical-Representative Indicator by
following the instructions below.
