SiBE311209 Test Operation
Test Operation 130
Refer to P.359 for the calculation of the amount of additionally refrigerant charge.
• When the refrigerant level is insufficient, leave the liquid and gas stop valves closed and charge
with the liquid refrigerant via the liquid stop valve service port. (Do not charge via the gas stop
valve service port. Doing so will result in error.)
Check on refrigerant piping /
insulation materials
Check air tight test and vacuum
drying.
{
Is the pipe size proper?
{ Are the design pressures for the liquid pipe, suction pipe, dual
pressure gas pipe, and pressure equalizer pipe (in case of multi
units) all not less than 4.0 MPa?
{ Is the pipe insulation material installed securely?
Liquid, suction and high & low pressure gas pipe need to be
insulated. (Otherwise causes water leak.)
{
Have the air tight test and the vacuum drying been conducted
according to the procedure in the Installation Manual?
Check on amount of refrigerant
charge
{ Is a proper quantity of refrigerant charged?
Check the stop valves for
conditions.
{ Is the amount of additional refrigerant charge recorded in
he [Service Precaution] label?
{ Check to be sure the stop valves are under the following
conditions.
