The vibration level given below in this instruction was measured in
accordance with a measurement procedure set forth in the EN 61029
standard and can be used for comparing power tools. It can also be
used for preliminary evaluation of exposure to vibrations.
The vibration level given here is representative for the basic uses
of the power tool. If the power tool is used for other purposes or
with other bits, or if the power tool is not maintained properly, the
vibration level may change. Also, these conditions may also result in
an increased exposure to vibrations during the entire work period.
In order to accurately estimate exposure to vibrations, one must
consider periods when the power tool is switched off or when it is
switched on and not used for work. This way, the total exposure to
vibrations may turn out to be much lower. One must implement
additional safety measures in order to protect the user from the
consequences of vibrations, such as maintenance of the power tool
and of the working tools, ensuring proper temperature of the hands,
and proper organization of work.

DETAILLIERTE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
SICHERHEITSMASSNAHMEN:
• Verwenden Sie keine Schneidescheiben, die beschädigt oder
verformt sind.
• Tauschen Sie den Tischeinsatz beim Verbrauch aus.
• Verwenden Sie nur die vom Hersteller empfohlenen
Schneidescheiben, die den Anforderungen der Norm EN 847-1
entsprechen.
• Verwenden Sie keine Schneidescheiben, die aus SS-Stahl
hergestellt worden sind.
• Verwenden Sie geeignete persönliche Schutzausrüstung wie:
- Gehörschutz, um das Risiko des Gehörverlusts zu reduzieren,
- Augenschutzabdeckung,
- Schutz für Ihre Atemwege, um das Risiko der Inhalation von
schädlichen Stäuben zu reduzieren,
- Handschuhe zur Handhabung von Schneidscheiben (halten Sie
die Schneidscheiben möglichst an der Öffnung) und anderen
rauen Stoffen.
• Beim Holzschneiden schließen Sie das System an das
Absaugsystem an.
SICHERER BETRIEB:
• Vor dem Anschließen der Gehrungssäge die Versorgungsleitung
regelmäßig überprüfen, bei Beschädigungen durch eine
Elektrofachkraft austauschen lassen.
• Vor dem Anschließen der Gehrungssäge ans Netz prüfen Sie stets,
dass die Netzspannung der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen
Nennspannung des Gerätes entspricht.
• Unbefugte Personen, insbesondere Kinder, vom Gerät bzw. der
Versorgungsleitung sowie vom Arbeitsbereich fernhalten.
• Passen Sie die Schneidescheibe an die Art des zu schneidenden
Stoffs an.
• Verwenden Sie nie die Gehrungssäge zum Schneiden von Stoffen,
die vom Hersteller nicht empfohlen sind.
• Verwenden Sie die Kreissäge nie ohne Abdeckung oder falls sie
gesperrt ist.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Arm beim Gehrungschneiden fest
montiert ist.
• Der Fußboden in der Umgebung der Maschine soll sauber, ohne
lose Materialien wie Späne oder andere Abfälle, gehalten werden.
• Sorgen Sie für geeignete allgemeine oder lokale Beleuchtung.
• Der Bediener der Maschine soll entsprechend betriebs- und
bedienungsmäßig geschult werden.
• Verwenden Sie nur scharfe Schneidescheiben, beachten Sie die
max. Drehzahl, die auf der Schneidescheibe markiert ist.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die eingesetzten Distanzelemente und
Spindelringe gemäß den Anweisungen des Herstellers verwendet
werden.
• Wird die Gehrungssäge mit Laser ausgestattet, so ist der Austausch
gegen einen anderen Lasertyp unzulässig. Mit Reparaturen ist der
Laser-Hersteller bzw. der autorisierte Vertreter zu beauftragen.
• Vor dem Betrieb stellen Sie sicher, dass die Maschine fest am Tisch
montiert ist.
