Abnormality of fan motor system is detected according to the fan speed detected by hall IC when the
fan motor runs.

P When the fan runs with speed less than a specified one for 15 seconds or more when the fan motor
running conditions are met
P When connector detecting fan speed is disconnected
P When malfunction is generated 4 times, the system shuts down.
