vibration level a

can be used to compare tools and for initial evaluation of
exposition to vibrations.
Specied vibration level is representative for main applications of the device.
When the device is used for other purposes or with dierent working tools,
the vibration level may change. Insucient or too rare maintenance may
increase vibration level. The abovementioned factors may lead to higher
exposure to vibrations during whole working time.
To precisely dene exposure to vibrations, include periods when the device
is switched o and when it is switched on but not used for working. Once
all factors have been carefully considered, total exposition to vibrations
may be signicantly lower.
To protect the user from results of exposure to vibrations, use additional
safety measures such as: device and working tool periodic maintenance,
proper hand temperature conditions, good work organisation.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Electrical equipment must not be disposed o with household waste
and, instead, should be utilized at appropriate facilities. Information
on utilization can be provided by the product vendor or the local
authorities. Waste electrical and electronic equipment contains
substances that are not neutral to the natural environment. Equipment
that is not recycled constitutes a potential hazard to the environment
and to human health.
Li-Ion
Do not dispose the batteries with household wastes, do not throw in re
or water. Damaged or worn out batteries should be properly recycled
in accordance with applicable directive for battery disposal.. Batteries
should be returned to collection points fully discharged, if the batteries
are not completely discharged, they must be protected against short
circuits. Used batteries can be returned free of charge at commercial
locations. The buyer of the goods is obliged to return the used batteries.

DETAILLIERTE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
SPEZIELLE VORSCHRIFTEN ZUM SICHEREN BETRIEB DES
WINKELSCHLEIFERS
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE BEZÜGLICH DES SCHLEIFENS, DES SCHLEIFENS
MIT DEM SCHLEIFPAPIER, DER ARBEIT MIT DEN DRAHTBÜRSTEN UND
DES TRENNSCHLEIFENS.
• Das Gerät ist zum Schleifen mit dem Schleifpapier, den
Schleifdrahtbürsten sowie zum Trennschleifen geeignet. Alle
Sicherheitshinweise, Anleitungen, Beschreibungen und Angaben,
die mit dem Gerät geliefert worden sind, sind zu beachten. Die
Nichtbeachtung der angegebenen Hinweise kann zum Stromschlag, Brand
und/oder schweren Personenschaden führen.
• Das Gerät ist zum Polieren nicht geeignet. Der Einsatz des Gerätes bei
der Durchführung einer nichtbestimmungsgemäßen Arbeit kann zur
Gefährdung und den Verletzungen führen.
• Kein Zubehör verwenden, das vom Hersteller für dieses Gerät nicht
speziell vorgesehen und empfohlen wird. Reine Tatsache, dass ein
Zubehörteil am Gerät montiert werden kann, garantiert nicht seinen sicheren
Betrieb.
• Die zugelassene Drehzahl des eingesetzten Arbeitswerkzeugs darf
nicht kleiner als die am Gerät angegebene max. Drehzahl sein. Das
Arbeitswerkzeug, das sich schneller als zugelassen dreht, kann brechen und
seine Teile können dabei herausgeschleudert werden.
• Der Außendurchmesser und die Stärke des Arbeitswerkzeugs müssen
mit den Abmessungen des Gerätes übereinstimmen. Arbeitswerkzeuge
mit nicht richtigen Abmessungen können nicht ausreichend abgedeckt und
kontrolliert werden.
• Arbeitswerkzeuge mit einem Gewindeeinsatz müssen genau auf das
Gewinde der Spindel abgestimmt sein. Bei Arbeitswerkzeugen, die mit
einem Flansch montiert werden, muss der Durchmesser der Önung
des Arbeitswerkzeugs an den Durchmesser des Flansches angepasst
werden. Diejenigen Arbeitswerkzeuge, die nicht genau auf dem Gerät sitzen,
rotieren nicht gleichmäßig, vibrieren stark und können zum Verlust der
Kontrolle über das Gerät führen.
• Auf keinen Fall beschädigte Arbeitswerkzeuge weiter verwenden. Vor
jedem Gebrauch Zubehörteile, z.B. Schleifscheiben auf Einkerbungen
und Risse, Schleifteller auf Risse, Abscheuerungen und starken
Verschleiß, Drahtbürsten auf lose und gerissene Drähte überprüfen.
Fällt das Gerät bzw. das Arbeitswerkzeug herunter, muss geprüft
werden, ob es nicht beschädigt worden ist bzw. ein anderes, nicht
beschädigtes Werkzeug verwendet werden. Nach der Überprüfung
und Spannung des Werkzeugs das Gerät für eine Minute mit der
maximalen Drehzahl laufen lassen und dabei achten, dass sich
der Bediener und andere Personen außerhalb der Reichweite des
rotierenden Werkzeugs benden. Beschädigte Werkzeuge brechen in der
Regel während dieser Probe.
• Persönliche Schutzausrüstung tragen. Je nach der Art der Arbeiten
sind eine Vollgesichtsmaske, Augenschutz bzw. Schutzbrille zu
tragen. Ggf. ist eine Staubmaske, Gehörschutz, Schutzhandschuhe
bzw. spezielle Schürze, die vor kleinen Partikeln des Schleifmittel
und des Werkstücks schützen, zu tragen. Augen vor Fremdkörper in der
Luft während des Einsatzes schützen. Die Staubmaske sowie der Schutz für
Ihre Atemwege müssen den bei der Arbeit entstehenden Staub ltern. Eine
dauerhafte Lärmbelastung kann zum Verlust des Hörvermögens führen.
• Beachten Sie, dass unbefugte Personen sich in einem sicheren
Abstand von der Reichweite des Gerätes benden. Jede Person, die
sich in der Nähe eines laufenden Gerätes bendet, muss persönliche
Schutzausrüstung tragen. Die Splitter vom Werkstück oder gebrochene
Arbeitswerkzeuge können weggeschleudert werden und zu Verletzungen auch
außerhalb des direkten Gefahrenbereichs führen.
• Bei den Arbeiten, bei denen das Werkzeug auf verdeckte elektrische
Leitungen stoßen kann, ist das Werkzeug ausschließlich an den
isolierten Oberächen des Handgris festzuhalten. Die Berührung der
