1. Remove power unit. (Refer to the section for removing
power unit.)
2. Remove fuel system parts from power unit.
3. Remove electrical system parts from power unit.
4. Remove intake manifold ass'y.
• No.1 piston is to be at top dead center of
compression stroke.
• Removal or installation of parts can be made
easier when some of them are assembled
together.
