ENGINE DISASSEMBLY ENGINE DISASSEMBLY CAMSHAFT CYLINDER HEAD AND CYLINDER 1 Remove Air baffle plate Cylinder head cover Spark plug 3 2 Turn Camshafts 3 Align Flywheel T mark with the crankcase mark 4 Remove Sprockets NOTE ______________________________________ Fasten safety wire to the cam chain to pre vent it from falling into the crankcase NOTE If difficult to loosen the cam sprocket securing bolts hold the flywheel magneto with the rotor holding tool YU 01235 5 Remove Upper chain guide Exhaust side chain guide 3 7
