V300 Series User’s Guide

To use Flexworker:
1 First, choose an available IP phone. If the phone has been configured to use
Flexworker and nobody is currently logged on, then the following screen displays:
2 Press the key to display the Extension Number screen, as shown next:
Press the key to set it to edit mode, then enter your extension number as
provided by the phone network administrator.
Press the key a second time to save your changes, then to turn off edit mode.
3 Press the key to display the User Name screen, as shown next:
Press the key
to set it to edit mode, then enter your user name as provided by
the phone network administrator.
Press the key a second time to save your changes, then to turn off edit mode.
4 Press the key to display the Password screen, as shown next:
Press the key
to set it to edit mode, then enter your password as provided by
the phone network administrator.
Press the key a second time to save your changes, then to turn off edit mode.
5 Press the to return to the main menu. The V300 automatically logs in using the
information you just configured.
6 Once the V300 verifies the login information with the IP PBX, the LED screen
updates accordingly and it downloads any other account-specific information.
7 Finally, press the key to log out. The following screen displays:
Press the key to confirm the logout.
