8.5 Setting Job During Warmup
While the copier is warming up after power is turned on, select copy
conditions and start scanning so that the copier may start printing
immediately the copier engine is ready.
To set job during warmup
1 Turn on the main power switch and sub power switch of the machine.
2 On the Basic Screen, check that the message "Ready to copy reserve"
is displayed in the message area.
3 Set the desired copy conditions, enter the print quantity, then position
original(s) FACE UP in the ADF or FACE DOWN on the original glass.
4 Press [Start] to start scanning.
– When scanning is completed, the message "Ready to reserve JOB"
and [Job Reserve] key will be displayed on the screen.
