Displaying Send History
Use this function to display the send history as a list.
The list includes following information.
- No.: Consecutive numbers of both copy and print jobs
- Mode: E-Mail / FTP / SMB / HDD
- Address: Address to which the data was transmitted
- Result: Complete or Cancel
- Time: Time when data transmission was executed
Follow the procedure below to check the settings of transmitted jobs.
To display send history
1 Touch [Send History] on the Job List Screen.
– Check the status of the transmitted jobs.
– Touch the lower arrow key to scroll, if 6 or more jobs are entered.
2 Touch the desired job key, then touch [Details].
– Detailed settings of the selected job will be displayed. Touch
[Close] to return to the previous screen.
