4.4 Inserting a New Staple Cartridge into Finisher FS-509

When the staple cartridge of the Finisher FS-509 becomes empty, the Basic

Screen displays the message "Open the Finisher door / Please add staples."

Follow the procedure below to add staples.

Reminder

When inserting the new staple cartridge, do not remove the staples

remaining inside the housing; otherwise the first sheet output after the

replenishment will not be stapled.

To add staples

1 Open the Finisher door.
